Mission Statement: 

 

Safe At Home Care, LLC provides private home care services to individuals (clients) that need personal assistance with activities of daily living, may risk placement in a nursing facility, or have recent medical conditions that note that the client needs in-home care during recovery. The services intend to provide quality, competent care to clients through Companion/ Sitter and Personal Care.

Our Vision: It is the desire of Safe At Home Care, LLC that through our mission, we can ensure that quality, compassion, professionalism, competency, commitment, and care are provided to the clients we serve.

Values: We respect and treat all individuals with care, consideration, and dignity while adhering to professional standards of conduct.

Goals: Our goal is to institute a Continuous Quality Improvement ( CQI) Program that will continually evaluate and improve our service provision and client relations.

Safe At Home Care, LLC's CQL is an approach to quality management that builds upon traditional quality assurance methods by emphasizing the organization and its systems. It focuses on the " process" instead of the individuals: it recognizes internal and external "clients" and promotes the need for objective data to analyze and improve processes.

Quality is defined as meeting and/or exceeding our client's expectations. At the core of our CQL is the improvement of services rendered to clients, which applies to everyday work to meet the needs of the hose we serve and improve the services we offer.
